They have been unable to fix a simple tire change in three days. Each visit, they’ve made me wait hours and only taken more money without solving anything. An absolutely disgraceful service.

This shop failed at the most basic responsibility a tire shop has: keeping the wheels on the vehicle. After having tire/wheel service done here, my vehicle developed increasing vibration and rumbling that ultimately escalated into a wheel actively coming off while I was driving. Multiple lug nuts had backed off, the wheel was separating from the hub, and the situation was seconds away from a complete wheel loss. This was a life-threatening safety failure. As a direct result of this failure, multiple components now have to be replaced, including wheel studs, lug nuts, the wheel itself, the brake rotor, and the wheel hub/bearing assembly. These parts are no longer safe due to the wheel being driven loose and rocking on the hub. This is not optional work — it is required to make the vehicle safe again. When I contacted the shop, their response was even more disturbing than the failure itself. Instead of taking responsibility, inspecting the damage, or showing any concern for safety, they hid behind a “no paper receipt, no responsibility” excuse. Their only offer was a token refund and a cheap reinstall at my expense, which completely ignores the extent of the damage and the danger inv

Serious Negligence and Racial Discrimination at Kwik Stop Tire LLC – A Call for Accountability and Action I am writing to share my deeply troubling experience with Kwik Stop Tire LLC, located at 3091 NW 19th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL, to warn others about the severe negligence and discriminatory treatment I encountered on January 3, 2024. I believe it's crucial to expose this behavior to prevent others from suffering the same mistreatment. During a routine tire service at this establishment, an employee improperly placed a jack under my car, causing significant damage to the undercarriage. When I addressed the issue, my concerns were dismissed, and no accountability was taken. I requested to speak with the manager, Mr. Thamer Almasri, but his response was unprofessional and dismissive. His refusal to accept responsibility was justified by a sign on the premises, yet this does not absolve them of their negligence. The situation escalated when Mr. Almasri, during a phone call, directed a racially charged slur towards me. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but deeply hurtful and has caused significant emotional distress. Despite my attempts to seek justice, the sheriff's
